never another help your mom (although you know I will always do that),

never another “call us when you get home”,

never another back rub,

never seeing your face again,

This is what’s on my mind right now, but I really, really, hope they never ever happen.

                          I'm your little girl forever

       I'm your little girl and that's how it will be.  When I am in Junior High it will still be the same.  And forever I will be, your little "miniature" girl I will never, NEVER, grow to be as tall as mom.  She is like gigantic compared to me.

there are some pretty great dads in the world.
and one of them is mine.
I know no dad is perfect,
but he's pretty darn close a lot of the time.
he lets me pop the popcorn when we watch a video.
I'm glad he's my dad. And I'm glad I'm his girl.
my dad I really love him, my dad I sometimes bug him, my dad. its nice to hug him when I'm sad. My dad.
everybody tells me he's a heck of a guy. Sure sometimes he's grumpy. Sure sometimes I'm the reason why.
when we play hide and seek, somehow he always knows where I hide. 
I'm glad he's my dad. And I'm glad I'm his girl.
My dad is pretty busy, but I know I mean the world to him.
Even though he says no every time I offer to give him a trim.
He's such a great dad I know he'll forgive me for that last little oops I did.
I'm glad he's my dad. And I'm glad I'm his girl.

Workin' in the office

Dad's been working in the office, all the live long day.  I've been working in the Great room just to pass the time away, I don't like the whistle blowing, wake up early in the morn, can't you hear Mommy shouting "Don't you miss the bus!" (repeat the don't miss bus 6 times.)
-to the tune of I've been working on the railroad.
